Do you work with NHS providers?
Our primary focus is private healthcare, independent practices, and self-employed specialists. That said, we're happy to discuss NHS-adjacent projects — particularly around patient engagement, health promotion campaigns, or where practices operate in both NHS and private settings. Just get in touch and we can talk through whether we're the right fit.
Are you familiar with ASA and CAP guidelines for healthcare marketing?
Compliance isn't a box we tick at the end of a project — it's built into everything we create from the start. We understand the ASA Advertising Codes, the CAP Code rules for health claims, GMC advertising guidance for doctors, GDC marketing standards for dentists, and CQC sensitivities for care providers. We've done the work so you don't have to worry about it. Our Compliance Hub has plain-English summaries of all the key rules.
Do you offer contracts or retainers?
Both. Project work is delivered within a defined scope and timeline — clear deliverables, fixed investment. Retained partnerships run on a monthly basis, with a minimum initial term discussed at Discovery. All agreements are clearly documented before any work begins — no surprises, no scope creep.
How long does a project typically take?
It depends on the project, but as a guide: brand identity — 4 to 8 weeks; website design and build — 6 to 12 weeks; marketing strategy — 2 to 3 weeks. We give a clear, honest timeline during the Discovery phase — and we stick to it. If anything changes, you'll be the first to know.
Do you work with sole practitioners as well as larger organisations?
Absolutely — and some of our most rewarding work is with individual consultants and practitioners building their personal brand alongside their clinical reputation. A sole physiotherapist, a private GP, a cosmetic surgeon — these clients bring unique briefs and the results matter enormously. No project is too small if it's the right fit.

All engagements are priced individually following a Discovery conversation. We don't publish fixed prices because the right solution is always specific to your goals and scale. What we can promise is complete transparency — you'll receive a clear proposal with a detailed breakdown before committing to anything. There are no hidden costs and no surprises. Are you based in a specific part of the UK?
We're UK-wide. We work with clients across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, and the vast majority of our work is delivered remotely — which means geography is no barrier. If you'd value in-person time, we can arrange it. We're not attached to one city.
